Familiarize yourself with the warning signs and extend a helping hand to your loved ones if you suspect they are struggling with their mental well-being. A brief phone call or visit from you could be the distraction they need from those intense moments of suicidal thoughts. By understanding these warning signs, you could make a life-saving difference.
