It's just ANXIETY

So, there you are, going through life, nice and normal, without a worry in the world, and suddenly, out of nowhere, you are hit with fearful feelings and thoughts. Your heart is racing; perhaps you are feeling that you're losing your breath, you're feeling dizzy or faint, and you're convinced you are having a heart attack, a stroke, or other scary illnesses. Your mind starts racing, and you cannot catch up with your thoughts. You can't explain to others how you feel because you are afraid they might think you are weird or strange. You become more scared and eventually think you are going crazy or dying. Due to these fearful feelings and thoughts, you start avoiding places and people out of fear. You fear that you may experience those scary feelings in front of others and flip out and embarrass yourself, so little by little, your world becomes smaller and smaller. The fearful feelings leave you drained, depressed, and more fearful. But here is the thing! You are not going crazy, and you are not strange. You are experiencing ANXIETY. That's it! Just Anxiety!

Anxiety is an emotional response to stress; it is brought on by how you react to a situation. Anxiety can even be a subconscious situation you are stressing over. The reactions created by anxiety can cause the body to feel and experience physical symptoms such as a racing heart, breathlessness, jelly legs, faint feelings, and blurry vision. The symptoms are brought on by you consciously or subconsciously due to how you choose to overreact to issues, events, or stressors. You are not alone! Everyone has some level of anxiety; however, you should learn the symptoms and ways to manage them and seek professional help if your anxiety continues.
